Orders

How do I place an order?
Add your items to the cart, go to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days depending on the item and your location. Items shipped from our US warehouse usually arrive in around 6 days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Keep an eye out for our free-shipping promotions.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns on eligible, unused items in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send step-by-step instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
We're sorry! Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Products & Compatibility

Will this fit my pressure washer or tool?
Most of our pressure-washing accessories use a standard 1/4" quick-connect that fits the majority of major brands. Check the specs on each product page, and message us if you're unsure.

Which turbo nozzle size should I choose?
For most home electric or gas pressure washers, choose 035. Use 040–045 for high-power commercial units. Full guidance is on each nozzle's product page.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus popular express checkout options, all processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Every transaction runs over a secure, PCI-compliant connection, and we never store your full card details.
