We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@varnem.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — in most cases with no need to return the item.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale items, gift cards, and used or installed tools that are not defective cannot be returned.
